Board Election 2012

An AGM has been announced for February 28 at 6 PM. The AGM will take the place of our regular weekly meeting. There will be an election at this time for a new Board of Directors. As the current Vice President (Mak) will not be running, he will be handling the election: receiving nominations, distributing election tokens, acting as a proxy if requested, and counting and re-counting ballots.

The following individuals -- listed in the order nominations were received -- have declared themselves candidates, officially, by emailing Mak:

• Jay Smith
• Siusan Hample
• Michael Loney
• Adrian Stoness
• Chris Betker
• Justin Lacko (incumbent)
• Courtney Lofchick (incumbent)
• Ron Bowes (incumbent)

The board consists of five directors.

The result of the election was that the following individuals were elected:

• Courtney Lofchick
• Jay Smith
• Justin Lacko
• Michael Loney
• Ron Bowes
