One of the goals in creating the SkullSpace was that we have as little hierarchy as possible, we wanted to make it so that no member was ''special'' in any sense. For a variety of reasons, we need ''some'' individuals to be on the hook for things and be able to take care of a number of details that crop up. We need a board, however there is something we don't strictly need, and that is individual titles for the directors.

I would like to propose that we abolish directors holding individual titles, which will mean that the list of responsibilities that the board has will no longer be segmented by title in the bylaws, but instead be presented as a flat list that the board is responsible for as a whole.
