Everything Went Butter Than Expected (Butter cookies)

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup berry sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • optional: chocolate chips, lemon rind, etc.


Preparation:

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a mixer
  2. slowly add 1 cup of flour
  3. dump the remaining flour on the counter
  4. fold in mixture until it become dough
  5. chill in fridge for 1/2 hour and preheat oven to 350
  6. roll out dough to 1/2 inch
  7. cut into shapes
  8. bake 20 mins
  9. sprinkle sugar on top while still warm
