For the dough, you will need:

• 3 eggs
• 4 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup water
• pinch salt

Dough Preparation:

1. mix all dough ingredients
2. pour small amounts into greased frying pan
3. fry until brown (one side only)

For the filling, you will need:

• 1 lb dry cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp sugar
• dash cinnamon

Filling Preparation and Final Assembly:

1. mix all filling ingredients
2. place small amount into center of pancake
3. roll and fold in ends
4. place them in a greased dish
5. sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
6. bake at 375F for 40min or fry until brown
