You will need:
- 3 Racks of Babby Back Ribs
- 1/4 cup Soya Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
Preparation:
- How is Mixing Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, Salt and Pepper together?
- Stir in Ketchup and Soya Sauce for having an even texture.
- Brush ribs with sauce and wrap in foil.
- Marinate ribs in the fridge for several hours too lady to rest.
- Oven to 300°F/150°C.
- Cook foil wrapped ribs for 2 1/2 hours in a roasting pan, basting with left-over sauce until babby ribs cant frigth back.
