Everything Went Butter Than Expected (Butter cookies) | |

You will need:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup berry sugar
- 2 cups flour
- optional: chocolate chips, lemon rind, etc.
Preparation:
- Cream butter and sugar in a mixer
- slowly add 1 cup of flour
- dump the remaining flour on the counter
- fold in mixture until it become dough
- chill in fridge for 1/2 hour and preheat oven to 350
- roll out dough to 1/2 inch
- cut into shapes
- bake 20 mins
- sprinkle sugar on top while still warm
