Space cleanup
Keeping on top of stale projects at the space, to encourage either removal or progress.
We are focusing on a different shelf every month. We place the involved items on a purgatory table, post photos to announce@, and have members come in to put them back into place or remove them. Items that remain on the purgatory table then get moved to the purging table.
Server Inventory
Figure out what's kicking around the server rack that shouldn't be, if at all
More workshops
- figure out what our membership wants and cater to it
- more integration with existing organizations (public library, IEEE, student groups, etc)
- holding monthly electronics nights with trendy gizmos seems to be appealing
