* up to 1/2 cup of your favourite liqueur  
 
* up to 1/2 cup of your favourite liqueur  
* 1tspn vanilla

Preparation
 
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees,  grease and flour two cake pans ( 8x 8 or 9x9)
 
* Cream together margarine, sugar, baking powder and liqueur , vanilla and salt
 
* Add flours alternately with soy yogurt
 
* Beat about 5 mins, taste and add more liqueur if needed
 
* Divide between pans and bake for approx 25 to 35 mins until cake tester comes out clean
 
* Cover with foil if starting to brown too much
