- Now: Itemize ingredients to form giant shopping list
- Now: Price out the ingredients so we know how much to charge
- Buy a few ingredients for a test-run of some of the harder dishes
- Clean the space and hang signage
- 16-17: Buy all ingredients
- Fri 19: Prepare the semi-perishable sauces and confections
- Fri 19: Clean the space again. Install accent lighting
