An AGM has been announced for February 28 at 6 PM. The AGM will take the place of our regular weekly meeting. There will be an election at this time for a new Board of Directors. As the current Vice President (Mak) and Treasurer (Andrew) will not be running, they will be handling the election: receiving nominations, distributing election tokens, acting as proxies if requested, and counting and re-counting ballots.
The following individuals -- listed in the order nominations were received -- have declared themselves candidates, officially, by emailing Mak:

- Mike Loney
- Adrian Stoness
- Chris Betker
- Justin Lacko (incumbent)
- Courtney Lofchick (incumbent)
