Everything Went Butter Than Expected (NEEDS TO BE MOVED TO DESSERTS) (Butter cookies)

1 cup butter 1/2 cup berry sugar 2 cups flour (chocolate chips, lemon rind etc optional)


Cream butter and sugar in a mixer slowly add 1 cup of flour dump the remaining flour on the counter fold in mixture until it become dough chill in fridge for 1/2 hour and preheat oven to 350 roll out dough to 1/2 inch cut into shapes bake 20 mins sprinkle sugar on top while still warm
