Ingredients:
- A Bunch of Chicken Pieces (I used a bunch of thighs)
- 500ml or so of Buttermilk (The Good Stuff)
- Hot Mustard
- Honey
- Cayenne Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- A Brick of Shortening
- Flour
Preparation Day 1:
- Get a plastic bag (ziplock or something)
- Put chicken in bag, and pour Buttermilk in it so it covers the chicken
- Put hot mustard, honey, and other spices in to taste. (Just eye ball it, however you like it)
- Get as much air out of the bag as you can and keep it in the fridge and let it marinate over night
Preparation Day 2:
- Get a tray and put in a bunch of flour, salt, pepper
- Get a pan and put it on medium to medium high, put brick of shortening in it and let it heat up
- Dredge marinated chicken in flour to get a nice coating
- Fry that bird in the oil until golden brown (like 4 minutes a side or so)
- Let cool on a rack/paper towel
Serving: OH GOD JUST EAT THAT CHICKEN LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW! JUICY AND TENDER AND SO DELICIOUS!
