  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
  • 1 onion cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • Cherry tomatoes and/or button mushrooms (for skewer ends)
  • Bamboo skewers


Preparation:
