Formed Babby Back Ribs

You will need:

  • 3 Racks of Babby Back Ribs
  • 1/4 cup Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper

Preparation:

  1. How is Mixing Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, Salt and Pepper together?
  2. Stir in Ketchup and Soya Sauce for having an even texture.
  3. Brush ribs with sauce and wrap in foil.
  4. Marinate ribs in the fridge for several hours too lady to rest.
  5. Oven to 300°F/150°C.
  6. Cook foil wrapped ribs for 2 1/2 hours in a roasting pan, basting with left-over sauce until babby ribs cant frigth back.
