You will need:

* 2 garlic cloves

* 1 green pepper chopped
 +
* 1/2 lb mushroom chopped

* 28 oz can tomatoes

* 14 oz can tomato paste

* 1/4 cup parsley
 +
* 2 shredded carrots

* 1 tsp basil
 +
* 1 tsp oregano
 +
* sugar and salt to taste

* 1/4 tsp pepper

* pinch chili flakes

* 10 oz spinach

* box of lasagne noodles (15 noodles)

* 1 lb ricotta

Preparation:

# fry veg in a pot

# add tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots, parsley, basil, oregano, salt sugar, pepper and chili

# boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 min

# blanch spinach, cool, and squeeze out water

# add spinach, eggs, and ricotta in a food processor; blend until smooth

# layer: (sauce, noodles, ricotta, sauce, mozza) two times

# bake at 350F for 30 mins

You will need:

  • 28 oz can tomatoes
  • 14 oz can tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup parsley

  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • pinch chili flakes
  • 10 oz spinach
  • box of lasagne noodles (15 noodles)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb ricotta
  • 1 lb mozza
