To-Do

  1. Now: Finalize list of all dishes
  2. Now: Itemize ingredients to form giant shopping list
  3. Now: Price out the ingredients so we know how much to charge
  4. Plan for entertainment
    • Music
    • Projector with meme images
    • Get someone to spend some time around the dinner with a video camera
  5. Buy a few ingredients for a test-run of some of the harder dishes
  6. Clean the space and hang signage
  7. 16-17: Buy all ingredients
  8. Fri 19: Prepare the semi-perishable sauces and confections
  9. Fri 19: Clean the space again. Install accent lighting

Brainstorm List

  • Use a projector or more to play meme slideshows or videos. Use the sound systems with the videos and for meme music
  • Places!
    • In SkullSpace
      • Brings people to the space, and creates culture
      • Might be a bit dingy
        • Cleaning will help a lot!
        • Also, good accent lighting
        • The place will be transformed for the event
        • This would affect the space itself
        • How would we cook?

        • Lots of light and space
