3 eggs 4tbsp flour 1/2 cup water pinch salt
mix ingredients pour small amounts into greased frying pan fry until brown (one side only)
1lb dry cottage cheese 2 eggs 2tbsp sugar dash cinnamon
mix ingredients place small amount into center of pancake roll and fold in ends
place them in a greased dish sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
bake at 375 for 40min or fry until brown
