Go apple! Go orange! Go banana! Smoothie

Serves: 2


  • 1 banana (peeled chopped)
  • 1 apple (peeled chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  •  !/4 Cup plain soy milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 Cup vanilla soy or coconut yogurt (optional, makes a thicker creamier smoothie)


  1. Crush ice in blender or drink mixer
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
