Mustard Man Mustard Sauce

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp white flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard (really any mustard will do)
  • 1 tsp margarine


  1. Combine yeast, flour, water, garlic powder and mustard in a saucepan
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat, continue stirring for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat, mix in margarine

Serving: Great dipping sauce for pretzels, chicken fingers, etc.
