Philosoraspberry Sorbet

You will need:

  • 2 pints fresh raspberries
  • 2/3 cup strong green tea (prepared in advance and cooled)
  • Vanilla Soy or Rice milk, as needed
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice


  1. Place the raspberries in a blender with enough milk to achieve a thick smoothie consistency.
  2. Mix in sugar, tea and lemon juice.
  3. Turn mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.
