You will need:
- 2 pints fresh raspberries
- 2/3 cup strong green tea (prepared in advance and cooled)
- Vanilla Soy or Rice milk, as needed
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Place the raspberries in a blender with enough milk to achieve a thick smoothie consistency.
- Mix in sugar, tea and lemon juice.
- Turn mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.
