Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashew nuts

- 1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 1/2 medium onion
- 1/4 cup vegan butter (or buttery tasting margarine!)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 1 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
- In a food processor, crush the nuts to a fine powder
- add the onion, then the tofu, then all the rest.
- Blend well.
- Allow to meld overnight in the fridge.
Serving size 2 Tablespoons
