Ingredients:
- 1 banana (peeled chopped)
- 1 apple (peeled chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- !/4 Cup plain soy milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 Cup vanilla soy or coconut yogurt (optional, makes a thicker creamier smoothie)
Directions:
- Crush ice in blender or drink mixer
- Combine all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
