2 tbsp Sugar 2 tsp Cornstarch 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 Cup White Vinegar 2 tbsp Margarine 1 can (16 ounces / 450ml) sliced beets
Directions: 1. Combine margarine, sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar and 1/2 cup of the liquid from the canned beets 2. Cook on medium-heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly - be careful not to scortch. 3. Stir in sliced beets. Cook until well coated and heated through.
Serves: 4 Preparation time: 20 minutes
