Philosoraspberry Sorbet

2 pints fresh raspberries 2/3 cup strong green tea (prepared in advance and cooled) Vanilla Soy or rice milk, as needed 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions: 1. Place the raspberries in a blender with enough milk to achieve a thick smoothie consistency. 2. Mix in sugar, tea and lemon juice. 3. Turn mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.
