Salad Fingers

You will need: (Filling)

  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 200 g Radishes
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Large Field Tomato
  • 150 g Feta/Cheddar/Etc Cheese?
  • 100 mL Olives (If you have feta)
  • 240 mL Ranch Dressing (or 100 mL vinaigrette for vegans?)
  • Rust, if desired

(Shell)

  • 8 Romain Lettuce Leaves


Preparation:

  1. Finely chop vegetables. Use a grater for quick preparation:
    • Carrot in Fine Grater
    • Radishes in Fine Grater
    • Green Bell Pepper in Coarse Grater
  1. Use Fine Grater to Grate cheese, or crumble feta with a fork
  2. Mix all the filling vegetables with the dressing
  3. Wash and pat dry Romain Lettuce leaves
  4. Fill leaf with Filling
  5. Roll leaf into a slender package
